What is a Drop?
A Drop is a strictly limited window where we release a unique design dedicated to a specific cultural intersection. Once the window closes, the design is archived to make room for the next drop. This is your chance to secure that specific piece of history.
When will I receive my jersey?
All orders are fulfilled 3-5 business days after the drop closes. Shipping begins immediately after fulfillment. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order is on its way.
Note: Delivery times depend on destination. We will notify you the estimated delivery time once your order is processed.
International shipping outside the U.S. is available.
Which countries do you currently ship to?
We offer Free Shipping to the United States, Canada, UK, and the EU. We are actively working on expanding our global footprint and encourage fans to fill out our intake form (i.e., "Looking for Drops?") and tell us where they are located. This ensures international fans get notified the moment we start shipping to their region.
For our global community outside the US, CA, UK, and EU, please note international orders may be subject to local import duties.
Our Guarantee: We don't want anything to stand between you and your memory. If you are charged an import fee, simply pay the local authority, send a photo of the receipt to support@mymatchdayexperience.com within 10 days, and we will reimburse you. We've got you covered.
Can I return or exchange my jersey/accessories?
Because each piece is part of a limited-edition made-to-order Time Capsule drop, we cannot accept returns or hold inventory for traditional exchanges. As a result, all sales are final.
This commitment to exclusivity allows us to keep the Archive rare and significantly reduce our environmental footprint by eliminating overproduction.
To ensure the perfect fit for your Time Capsule, please consult our enhanced Sizing Guide carefully before the drop window closes. Once a drop ends, these pieces are moved to the Archive.
Is my order protected against loss or damage?
Yes. To give our community absolute peace of mind during our limited drops, we have partnered with Seel to offer premium Worry-Free Delivery protection.
What's Covered:
- Lost or Theft: Packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery.
- Transit Damage: Items that arrive damaged by the carrier.
- Significant delays: Protection if your order falls outside our delivery timeline.
How it works: Simply opt-in at checkout. If an issue arises, you can file a claim via the Seel Resolution Center for a full refund or replacement.
Note: Protection eligibility varies by shipping zone. Matchday Experience provides coverage via Seel for transit issues. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@mymatchdayexperience.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. Your case will be reviewed for an immediate replacement.
How do I find my size?
Because each jersey is made-to-order, we recommend checking our enhanced Sizing Guide on the product page carefully before purchasing.
Unisex Adult Jerseys: These feature a relaxed, athletic fit, and can run slightly larger. If you prefer a tighter fit, consider sizing down.
Practical Fit Reference
- Male: 200lb (91kg) 6'.4'' (193cm) typically finds a L size to be the perfect fit. A M size is also an option for a tighter fit.
- Female: 120lb (54kg) 5'.3'' (162cm) typically finds a 2XS - XS size to be the perfect fit.

Looking for Youth sizes?
Adults and Kids jerseys are separate items in our studio. Once you add an adult jersey to your cart, you will see other product recommendations appear. There, you can select the matching Youth listing plus an exclusive Heritage Booster Reversible Hat to complete the look for the whole family.
Kids jerseys tend to run smaller. We recommend sizing up.

What if I don't see the drop(s) I'm looking for?
Don't panic! We'll be rolling out drops throughout the upcoming months. Register your interest in our intake form (i.e., "Looking for Drops?") and select your preferred moments. We will send you an exclusive alert the moment your Unity Tribute is ready for the drop.
What if the drop I want is already closed?
Don't lose hope! While our drops are strictly limited, we monitor popular demand closely. Register your interest in our intake form (i.e., "Looking for Drops?") and select that specific intersection.
Please note that new drops take priority so we can ensure that everyone has a chance to capture their own moments. However, if the waitlist for an archived design grows large enough, we may open a final window. We'll notify you first if it makes a comeback.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured through a strategic global fulfillment network. We carefully select our production partners to ensure our products meet high standards for quality, durability, and fair value. By utilizing a global network, we ensure your order is produced and shipped as efficiently as possible.
Is this official sports federation or tournament organization merchandise?
No. Matchday Experience is an independent creative studio. We do not produce official kits or team replicas.
