By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility – age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website.

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Made-to-Order and Drop Model

All products sold by Matchday Experience LLC are independently designed and produced on a made-to-order basis.

We operate a limited-time drop model (“Drop”), meaning products are available only during a specific ordering window.

Orders may begin production before a Drop closes. Fulfillment timing is governed by our Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to open/re-open multiple ordering windows for the same product based on fan demand and business judgment.

4. Order Acceptance and Binding Contract

An order becomes binding at the moment the customer successfully completes checkout and payment is confirmed.

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified or reversed once submitted.

5. Fulfillment and Third-Party Partners

We use third-party manufacturing and logistics partners to produce and ship our products.
Matchday Experience LLC remains the merchant of record and your contractual counterparty.

6. Events Information and Scheduling Disclaimer

Our products include references to scheduled global cultural intersections outside of our control.

Matchday Experience LLC is not responsible or liable for:

event cancellations,
rescheduled fixtures,
date or time changes,
venue changes,
weather delays,
travel disruptions,
or any changes affecting a specific cultural intersection event.

The purchase of a product is not contingent on any event taking place as originally scheduled.

7. Shipping Protection

Optional shipping protection may be offered at checkout as a paid add-on administered by a third-party provider.

If shipping protection is purchased, any claims for loss, theft or delivery issues must be submitted in accordance with the provider’s terms.

If shipping protection is not purchased, Matchday Experience LLC is not responsible for carrier-related issues, including loss or damage in transit, except where required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property & Public Domain Usage

Matchday Experience LLC creates original commemorative designs. Our products incorporate elements that are in the public domain or constitute "statements of fact," including but not limited to:

national flags,
cultural intersection event dates, or
other publicly available factual information,

which are all used to celebrate global cultural intersections.

Matchday Experience LLC does not claim ownership of these individual public domain elements. However, the unique overall design compositions are the exclusive intellectual property of Matchday Experience LLC.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use based on our specific design compositions without our prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to use our website, content, or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that our website will always be available.

11. Limitation of liability and force majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchday Experience LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters,
extreme weather,
pandemics,
strikes,
carrier delays,
customs delays,
governmental actions,
supply chain disruptions,
or other force majeure events.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
