1. Made-to-Order and Production Timeline

All products are made to order.

We operate a limited-time drop model.
Fulfillment normally occurs within 3 to 5 business days after a Drop closes.

Orders may begin production before a Drop closes at our discretion.


2. Shipping Timeline and Delivery Estimates

Shipping begins immediately after fulfillment.

A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships.

Delivery times depend on destination and carrier availability.

For most destinations:

  • Delivery typically ranges between 5 and 22 business days after shipment for international destinations.

We will notify you of the estimated delivery timeframe once your order is processed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union

  • Selected additional international destinations

Availability may vary by product and location.


4. Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available.
International tracking updates may be delayed or limited.


5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

United Kingdom and Canada – DDP shipping (where available)

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Canada, we generally ship on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis.

However, in the event that customs authorities still require you to pay import duties, taxes, or clearance fees in order to release your shipment, you are required to complete payment and customs clearance.

You may request reimbursement of those fees provided that:

  • you retain the official receipt or proof of payment; and

  • you send a photo or copy of the receipt to
    support@mymatchdayexperience.com
    within 10 days of the product being made available for pickup or clearance.

Returns, refunds or chargebacks are not available due to customs, duties, or clearance fees.


European Union

EU orders are generally fulfilled from within the European Union and are typically not subject to import customs duties.

However, if customs or clearance charges are nevertheless required by local authorities, the customer is responsible for completing clearance and paying the required fees.

Reimbursement may be requested under the same conditions stated above (receipt and submission within 10 days).

Returns, refunds or chargebacks are not available due to customs, duties or clearance fees.


Other International Destinations

For all other international destinations, import duties, taxes and clearance fees may apply.

If you are charged customs or import fees, we will reimburse those fees provided that:

  • you keep the official receipt; and

  • you submit a photo or copy to support@mymatchdayexperience.com within 10 days of the product being made available for pickup or clearance.


Customs clearance responsibility and payment obligation

Customers are responsible for completing all required customs clearance procedures.

Customers may not refuse delivery, request a refund, or initiate a chargeback due to customs duties, taxes, or clearance requirements.


6. Incorrect Address, Refusal and Unclaimed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipments returned, delayed or lost due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address information,

  • refusal of delivery, or

  • failure to complete customs clearance.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Loss, theft, or damage in transit is handled exclusively through the optional shipping protection offered at checkout and handled by a third-party provider pursuant to that provider's terms of service.

If you do not purchase shipping protection, Matchday Experience LLC is not liable for carrier-related issues, including lost or damaged packages, except where required by law or in cases of manufacturing defects.
