Matchday Experience LLC

1. Made-to-Order Products – no returns or exchanges

All products are custom made-to-order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for:

  • change of mind,

  • incorrect size selection,

  • preference or styling issues.

All sales are final.


2. Defective, Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item is defective, damaged in production, or misprinted, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photographs showing the issue.

Claims must be sent to:

support@mymatchdayexperience.com

Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will issue a replacement item.
Refunds are provided only if a replacement is not possible.


3. Shipping Losses and Carrier Issues

Loss, theft or damage during transit is covered only when shipping protection is purchased at checkout.

If you opt out of shipping protection, Matchday Experience LLC is not responsible or liable for carrier-related issues, including lost or stolen packages, except where required by applicable law.


4. Customs-Related Matters

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance requirements are not grounds for a return, refund or chargeback.

Reimbursement of eligible customs fees is governed solely by our Shipping Policy.


5. Statutory Consumer Rights (EU / UK and other regions)

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized.

You retain your legal rights in the event that a product is faulty.
